HR Assistant
Description
Due to continued growth, there is urgent need for a HR assistant to join a highly regarded, west end based property management organisation. You will be required to attend the office three times a week for the first six months, with the possibility of moving to two days thereafter. This opportunity is perfect for an individual who is keen to provide high quality support within human resources.
The HR assistant will be responsible for providing full HR administrative support to the business and to related businesses within the group. Daily duties will include keeping company records and databases updated, monitoring HR and recruitment inboxes, providing assistance on all aspects of the employment lifecycle as well as supporting with monthly payroll administration. Further tasks will include assisting on all recruitment activities ranging from placing adverts, arranging interviews as well as coordinating the arrangements for new starters and leavers.
This role would suit a highly motivated and dedicated individual with exceptional organisation skills together with a commitment to the company values. Applicants will have ideally gained CIPD level 3 or will be working towards it, alternatively a HR related degree is advantageous. Previous experience of working in a HR function is desirable but not essential. �
